What You'll Be DoingAs a Grill Cook at P.J. Marley's, you’ll play a key role in delivering the delicious dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items on the grill to perfection. - Mastering knife skills to chop, slice, and prep ingredients efficiently. - Ensuring food is cooked to order while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. - Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and stocked. - Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a candidate who brings: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Strong knife skills and the ability to learn new techniques. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (like a case of potatoes!). - A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. - A commitment to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.
