Step into a pivotal role supporting multiple business entities and the Managing Director. You will run full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online while also providing high-value executive and office support that keeps the entire operation moving.

• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online , maintaining accurate and timely ledgers
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure clean, audit-ready financial records
• Process payroll and prepare/track employee onboarding paperwork
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, including vendor payments and receipts
• Prepare reporting packages and deliverables for the CPA and ownership
• Maintain employee files and office documentation
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership and coordinate executive needs
• Improve office workflows and support core business operations across entities

• Hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience (full-cycle strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Background in payroll processing and bank/account reconciliations
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Clear communication, follow-through, and strong organizational habits
• Office administration or executive support experience is a plus
