Ensure timely, requirement-oriented, and cost-effective execution of operational services. Ensure efficient personnel deployment, including support and development of employees in the area of responsibility. Maintain a continuous flow of information and constructive cooperation/communication with other departments. Determine ship berths, storage areas, and employee and operational resource allocations during the daily inspector meeting. Coordinate necessary work schedules with port authorities. Monitor all activities in the area of responsibility to optimize procedural workflows. Efficient and timely preliminary calculations. Manage and oversee the activities of directly subordinate employees. Monitoring compliance with the UVV as well as order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility. Your Profile: Successfully completed studies in Nautical Science or a related field. Several years of professional experience in an inspector role or a comparable position. Flexibility, assertiveness, and resilience. Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style. Entrepreneurial, responsible, and systematic thinking and action.
