Content Creator - Marketing Specialist

Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a creative and high enery Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging storytelling and digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parker, CO. About the Company Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric has proudly served the South Metro Denver area for over 23 years. We are a locally owned residential service company who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, happy customers, happy employees, and delivering better-performing systems. Key Responsibilities Create and edit photo and video content (job sites, team members, installs, customer stories) Produce content for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms Collaborate with marketing partners to optimize ad performance Leverage AI tools and modern strategies to increase reach and return on investment Plan and support events, trade shows, and local promotions Capture customer testimonials and success stories Manage online reputation across review platforms Develop and send customer newsletters and marketing communications Support recruiting marketing initiatives for open roles Manage branded materials such as swag and uniforms Use ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (training provided) Qualifications Experience with photography, videography, and basic lighting/audio setup Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools Experience or strong interest in social media and digital marketing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Passion for storytelling and showcasing customer experiences Familiarity with AI tools (preferred but not required) Positive attitude and alignment with company values Compensation & Benefits $28–$38 per hour based on experience Performance-based bonuses Profit sharing 401(k) with up to 5% company match Medical insurance and paid vacation Growth opportunities within a stable, local company This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, locally owned company that values quality and long-term relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr Parker Heating and Air, Inc.
