Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Benefits
Direct track to lead cleaner in 6 months
Paid 30-minute lunch breaks daily
Medical, dental, vision - company pays 70% of premium
Weekly pay + quarterly performance raises
$650-850 typical weekly earnings
32-40 hours guaranteed weekly
$22-26/hour + tips ($50-150 weekly average)
Requirements
Reliable & detail-oriented
You have your own working vehicle and a valid driver's license
Able to lift 20 lbs and clean 4-5 homes daily
Responsibilities
Clean residential homes in established routes
Service same regular clients weekly/biweekly
Follow our proven cleaning system
Maintain happy customer satisfaction rating
