Job Title: Plastic Welder / Fabricator
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00-20.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 6:00AM-3:30PM- 1st shift with OT
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire

Summary:
Seeking motivated Plastic Welders to join a growing team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are interested in learning the fundamentals of plastic fabrication through hands-on training.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, and assemble plastic components according to specifications
• Operate machinery used for plastic fabrication processes
• Read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus
