- Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
As our full-time Residential Kitchen & Bath Designer, you'll let your creativity, close attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving skills take center stage! You'll be engaging with customers, collaborating with industry professionals, and creating amazing designs while following all guidelines.
If you feel like you'll thrive in this role, here's what you need:
- Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and/or residential remodeling designs
- Proficiency in Revit and/or 2020 Design Live
- Working knowledge of detailing and general construction methods
- Sharp attention to detail
- Organizational skills
Our ideal person has design-build experience and NKBA certification (or similar credential). It'd be even better if you could provide a portfolio showcasing your aesthetic sense and technical skills!

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
Our Residential Kitchen & Bath Designer is responsible for:
- Coordinating with project managers, trade teams, and vendors to ensure client satisfaction
- Working within Revit and 2020 Design Live to create detailed, construction-ready designs and documentation
- Following customer specifications and building codes as you develop floor plans, elevations, and renderings
- Helping clients select cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes that fit their space and budget
- Verifying the accuracy of measurements and ordering details before submitting designs
- Completing exceptional work that brings smiles to customers' faces
