It is part of the Nuvance HealthTM system, which includes seven hospitals and several outpatient facilities serving both the Hudson Valley of New York and western Connecticut. In a welcoming environment, the hospital’s staff members treat patients with compassion, using current technologies to provide care for a range of medical conditions. The facility has earned its long-standing reputation as a Hudson Valley leader in maternity and orthopedics.**Total Rewards** Hourly Rate: W2 PRN - $280/hour, 1099 - $295/hr Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available**Case Assignments** • Endo, ortho, general, OB, ENT, uro, and chronic pain**Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership**Requirements** • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)Northern Dutchess Hospital, Per Diem- $280/hour (W2) / $295/hour (1099)**EEO Statement**North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
