Responsibilities Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Qualifications Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience is required Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is required Bachelor's degree and J.D. is required Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, wrongful death, civil law is required Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Compensation $120,000 base salary, with bonuses ranging from approximately $180,000 to $380,000, bringing the total compensation to $300,000–$500,000.
