The Facilities Maintenance Technician keeps our lots clear, our building operational, and our guests and team members safe regardless of what Alaska throws at us.

What You'll Do

Operate front-end loaders and snowplows to clear lots, drive lanes, and customer areas during snow events -- responding with urgency as conditions require

Maintain safe, accessible dealership grounds throughout Alaska's winter season

Perform general building maintenance -- lighting, doors, minor repairs, and ongoing upkeep

Support basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs as they arise

Maintain exterior grounds and dealership appearance year-round

Assist with equipment upkeep and coordinate repairs when needed

Be available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends during active snow events

What We're Looking For

Experience operating front-end loaders and snowplows -- required

Prior snow removal experience in a commercial or municipal setting

2+ years of facilities, maintenance, or hands-on trade experience

Comfortable working outdoors in Alaska winter conditions -- this is not a desk job

Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
