\n This award-winning company produces premium specialty food products in a clean, modern, food-safety certified facility, and this Production Associate role puts you at the heart of the process. Cooking or food industry experience is a plus but not required. \n

\n

\n

\n As a Production Associate, you will: \n

\n
• Load salt products into smoke processing equipment and move racks in and out of the smoke chamber
\n
• Inspect product for color and quality, and record the weight and quantity of finished product 
\n
• Walk product through multiple processes and equipment to achieve desired results
\n
• Clean machines, trays, chambers, tubes, and heating coils, and manage daily waste removal
\n
• Collaborate with the team to document, improve, and develop new products
\n

\n Schedule: \n

\n
• Monday through Friday, 
\n
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n
• overtime as needed
\n

\n
\n

\n Pay: $20 to $22 per hour\n

\n
\n

\n Production Associate Requirements: \n

\n
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with a focus on product color, texture, and smell
\n
• Able to stand for long periods, lift 55 or more pounds repetitively,
\n
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
\n
• Available to work overtime as needed
\n
