Jobot is seeking a Hospital-based RN Case Manager in the Hudson Valley, NY. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm with rotating weekend coverage. Role involves coordinating patient care plans from pre‑hospital to post‑discharge and managing an assigned unit caseload.
