Description: This position requires coverage for 40 hours a week. The schedule includes 2 shifts of 12 hours and 2 shifts of 8 hours. On-call obligations are required for weeknights from 7 PM to 7 AM and weekend shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM or nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. We are seeking a cardiovascular operating room technologist with strong expertise in open heart procedures. Experience in open heart CABG, aortic and mitral valve surgeries, aortic aneurysm repair, and endovascular cases is preferred. Experience with CPB cannulation, cardioplegia, pacers/defibrillators, IABP, LVAD and Impella insertion, and complex vascular cases is also necessary. Common procedures include coronary artery bypass surgery, valve replacements, heart transplants, aortic artery repairs, vascular bypass, endarterectomies, and endovascular cardiac surgeries.
