About the Position

Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) - Critical Need Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire Must-Have: 1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program 2. ACLS certification Description: Required qualifications include a minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program. A current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided is required. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are mandatory. Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be completed within 6 months of hire. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) is preferred. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias. NIH Stroke Scale Certificate is also preferred.
