If you're looking for a role where your daily work has a direct impact on businesses, families, and entire communities, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll Do:As the Marketing Associate, you'll support both the strategy and execution of ACR's brand, digital presence, and customer engagement efforts. You'll collaborate closely with store teams, leadership, and vendors to make sure our messaging is consistent, meaningful, and effective. It is expected that the Marketing Associate will work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week in accordance with the standard company operating hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs arise.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and printDevelop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, printed materials and other publications to educate and engage customers.Assist in managing ACR's website and social platformsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for co-branded materials and promotionsHelp maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpointsTrack marketing performance metrics and gather feedback from stores and customersAssist with photography, video, or content collection as neededPlan and execute events such as trade shows, training sessions, and customer appreciation days, strengthening relationships with contractors, vendors, and major customers.Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and customer retention.This position requires travel between stores, market areas, conventions, and tradeshows.How You'll Make an Impact:Impact on ACR Stores: By providing engaging and informative marketing materials, the Marketing Associate helps store teams better communicate product benefits and promotions, leading to increased customer engagement and sales. Well-planned marketing campaigns also bring more traffic to the stores, strengthening our relationships with contractors.Impact on Contractors and Businesses : Effective marketing campaigns help contractors and commercial customers stay informed about new products, special promotions, and industry best practices. This knowledge enables them to make smarter purchasing decisions, improving their efficiency and profitability.Impact on ACR Supply: A strong marketing presence enhances brand recognition, increases customer loyalty, and drives business growth. Through strategic messaging and engagement, the Marketing Associate helps position ACR Supply as the go-to provider for HVAC solutions, reinforcing long-term success.What You'll Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent1 year paid experience in a marketing role1 year event planning experienceCurrent and Valid Driver's LicenseBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related filed (preferred)1 year graphic design experience (preferred)3 years experience in marketing in the HVAC industry (preferred)Experience using design tools like Canva (preferred)Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website managementStrong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messagesAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategiesSales and relationship building skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to learn/use new technologyAttention to detailExcellent time managementExcellent organizing, planning, prioritization skillsStrong active listening and social perceptivenessProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointMeet physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.This position works in a collaborative office setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some overnight travel as needed.
