Senior Plant Operator — Barstow TX (12h Shifts)
Western Midstream
Western Midstream in West Texas near Barstow is seeking a 12-hour rotating shift operator for the Bone Spring Plant team. You will start up, operate, and troubleshoot engines, compressors, furnaces, and related equipment, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires experience in gas processing facilities, PSM knowledge, and the ability to read P&IDs and SOPs.
