Responsibilities Front Office Duties Greet patients in a courteous and friendly manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule and confirm patient appointments and procedures. Verify patient insurance information and collect co‑pays or fees as needed. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and other callers. Complete patient check‑in and check‑out processes. Back Office Duties Take patient vital signs, record medical histories, and update electronic health records (EHR). Maintain and stock exam rooms. Provide patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one year experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Specific Requirements License Requirements: None. Certification Requirements: CPR‑preferred. Age Specific Care Provided For: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Meditech (if applicable), Epic (if applicable), Performance Manager/NetLearning. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public. Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and be able to function effectively as a team with other employees. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Other Requirements May be required to travel to satellite offices. Salary Range: USD 18.66/Hr. – USD 30.79/Hr. Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
