responsibilities:

• Perform activities associated with the preparation of vaccine components in an aseptic cleanroom environment utilizing virus and cell culture techniques in accordance with USDA regulations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during process execution while assisting with training and coaching team members.
• Complete and review in-process documentation, technical data, and supporting records for accuracy and timely compliance.
• Participate in root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and escalate production flow disturbances promptly.
• Demonstrate a visible commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, continuous improvement, and site projects.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Experience working in a GMP environment, with knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom protocols
• Ability to meet site safety requirements, including a mandatory Rabies vaccination, and work scheduled weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:

• Degree in Biology or related biological science
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
