Metro Atlanta Cities : Fayetteville, Newton, Newnan, Snellville, Duluth, Social Circle, Monroe, Conyers,

Requirements & Highlights

Medical Degree (MD or DO)
BC Family Medicine
Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
Epic EMR
Ability to provide primary care services to all ages
Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
100K in Loan assistance with a 5 year commitment
Sign-on Bonus
Monthly stipend available for the first 18 months
