Product Owner - Commercial Banking/Case Management Required skillset
- 7+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Must have a strategic understanding of the digital landscape of Banking (Including generative A.I., automation, and robotics.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics - Specifically in case management tool
- Strong understanding of customer portals (how to build effectively and identify new opportunities)
- Will be contributing to the overall strategy, creation, and implementation of the case management tool.
- May act as long-term product owner.
- Guiding operations by identifying and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities for automation within operations
- Identifying business cases and how to effectively prioritize new technologies such as (optical character automation, Robotics processes automation, and open banking API
