5+ years of CRNA work experience is preferred, but would consider a more recent graduate who has the right training and experience

Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers

Not accepting Locums candidates

Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) - REQUIRED

• IA license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC - REQUIRED

• 5+ years of CRNA work experience - PREFERRED

• Does the provider have experience with procedures in both Adult & Pediatric patients? (add to "Experience" field) - REQUIRED

• BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) - REQUIRED

• ACLS, PALS, AND NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire) - REQUIRED

• Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
