Program Coordinator, Integration & Early Talent The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Integration & Early Talent Coordinator to assist our Culture, Engagement & Learning team. ?This role will support a fast-paced team leading onboarding and early talent programs.? This role requires creative-thinking, project management and detail-orientation. Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new employees, from accepted offer through their initial integration. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, hiring managers, and other partners to help ensure new hires are prepared for their first day. Maintain onboarding trackers, checklists, employee records, and HR system information. Coordinate pre-onboarding swag and welcome kits, including inventory, ordering, assembly, and shipping. Provide logistical support for new-hire orientation sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and sending follow-up information. Provide administrative and logistical support for internship, fellowship, co-op, and capstone student programs, including schedules, communications, events, and participant resources. Provide administrative and coordination support for other employee integration, engagement, and initiatives as needed. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of two years of experience in human resources, recruiting, program coordination, event coordination, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee and business information. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to learn new systems and processes. This position is onsite, based in Redwood City Preferred Skills: Previous work experience supporting onboarding, human resources, recruiting, or student programs. Familiarity with Workday a plus.
