OR a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.1 year of experience leading and directing the activities of a sales team is required.Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.Must be positive and engaging.We prefer candidates who reside within our communityFormal Education & Certification: · High School Diploma or equivalent required.Work Status: · Full-Time.Supervisory Responsibility: · Responsible and accountable for all personnel and employment decisions at assigned branch/location.Travel: · Up to 50% or more outside of branch or as needed by customer.Working Conditions: · Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
