Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical judgment. \n
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific client challenges, ensuring an evidence-based approach to therapy. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, leveraging a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and systems theory—to promote personal growth. \n
- Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. \n
- Maintain high ethical standards by meticulously documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational and legal requirements. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical competencies and stay abreast of advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, individuals, and families experiencing a range of challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Your capacity to engage with culturally diverse populations is essential, as you will ensure that services are empathetic and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required. \n
- Current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania. \n
- A proven track record of working effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness. \n

- Experience in providing teletherapy or familiarity with digital health technologies is highly desirable. \n
- Background in trauma-informed care and experience in managing complex cases involving multiple therapeutic modalities. \n
- Prior engagement in community outreach or mental health education initiatives will be viewed favorably. \n
Strong Minds Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
