Commercial Loan Administration Team Member

Support, act as a liaison to, and advise consumer and commercial loan officers and senior lenders in all aspects of commercial lending, from pre-approval through loan closing and ongoing loan maintenance. Manage team workload by delegating and providing guidance to other members of branch commercial loan administration team. Proactively manage, organize, and maintain the commercial loan pipeline, ensuring accuracy and timely updates without prompting. Collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers, taking ownership of processes to ensure smooth and timely workflow management. Utilize multiple systems to track, order, create and maintain a variety of files (commercial -- both large and small businesses), records and databases. Demonstrate ability to complete cross-departmental projects, driving results with a proactive, self-directed approach. Conduct relationship activities consistent with bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, bank secrecy act, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulation.

Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance (preferred) or equivalent work experience with previous lending experience Excellent verbal, listening and communication skills Strong customer relations skills and ability to work with employees and customers in a cooperative manner Ability and desire to work as part of a team, and with people of diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to details, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage several projects at one time Possess good judgement skills. Ability to make decisions, research and solve problems, work independently, handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks Ability to accept and facilitate change, caused by customer demand, corporate needs, or regulatory requirements Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise Ability to drive a vehicle, must maintain a current, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record for bank insurance purposes Strong mathematical skills Reasoning abilities Computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
