We are seeking a Hospice RN (Registered Nurse) for a 13-week assignment in Greenwich, Connecticut . This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, experienced nurse who is comfortable working day shifts and providing high-quality end-of-life care in a patient-centered setting.

Position Details

Specialty: Hospice RN
Location: Greenwich, CT
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Support pain and symptom management for patients receiving hospice services
Educate patients and families on care plans, comfort measures, and disease progression
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Requirements

Active RN license required
Hospice experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
Must be able to meet all compliance requirements prior to assignment
