Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for supporting diverse learners with varying communication needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to integrate speech/language goals into the classroom
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing meaningful input for student goals and progress
• Offer consultative support and recommendations to parents and educators
• Use evidence-based strategies and tailor interventions to meet student needs
