About This Role

We're seeking passionate and compassionate team members to join our childcare team. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, helping them thrive and reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

Create a safe, engaging, and healthy environment that fosters learning and growth in young children.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Complete required coursework including CPR, with support provided if needed.
Complete required annual continuing education in early childhood development.

Nice To Haves

Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

Benefits

Paid for attendance at staff meetings and continuing education.
PTO (40 hours) after working for one full year.
PTO (80 hours) after working for two full years.
Time off for your children's activities if needed (school programs, dance recitals, sports, etc.)
No evenings or weekends
