Product Sales Specialist, Anesthesia & Respiratory Care/Patient Monitoring

GE HealthCare seeks a Product Sales Specialist to sell anesthesia machines, patient monitoring systems, and ventilators to healthcare facilities in West Texas. The role involves building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and managing competitive accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders across PACU, OR, and ICU departments
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue sales targets and order commitments
• Develop sales proposals aligned with customer budget cycles and digital offerings
• Use Salesforce CRM to track accounts, manage sales funnel, and identify market opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams on negotiation strategies and resolve customer challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 8 years experience
• Demonstrated ability to present complex information to decision makers verbally and in writing
• Must reside in West Texas territory and be willing to travel within region
• Capital equipment sales experience preferred
• Healthcare industry background preferred
