Employee Services Supervisor

The Employee Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee services department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to employees. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a team of employee service representatives and provide exceptional support to employees across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of employee service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, including benefits enrollment, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
• Resolve employee inquiries and issues related to employee services, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of employee services operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of employee services with company operations.
• Monitor and analyze employee service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance employee services offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or employee services management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
