Do you want to lead high-impact transformations that directly support clinical teams and patient care?As a Senior Healthcare Supply Chain Project Manager, you will step into a high-visibility, client-facing consulting role. You will serve as a trusted advisor to world-class healthcare organizations, partnering with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to revolutionize their internal logistics. From perioperative environments to fast-paced procedural areas, your leadership will bridge the gap between strategic data-driven design and sustainable, real-world execution.Key Responsibilities:Be the Trusted Advisor: Partner with clients to understand their unique operational challenges, translating complex business needs into practical, sustainable solutions.Architect Smart Solutions: Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders across critical environments (Surgery, Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, and Central Sterile Processing) to assess current-state processes and optimize workflows.End-to-End Leadership: Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through implementation. Define project objectives, scope, schedules, and deliverables while keeping multidisciplinary teams aligned, accountable, and inspired.Mentor & Guide: Act as a senior resource and coach for analysts, engineers, and junior staff. Provide technical direction on methodologies and industry best practices to support their professional growth.Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities for follow-on engagements and long-term partnerships by consistently delivering measurable value and exceptional results.Shape the Practice: Continuous improvement is in our DNA. You will help develop internal company methodologies, contribute to thought leadership, and stay ahead of emerging healthcare technologies and regulatory trends.What You Bring to the Table:Experience: 10+ years of experience leading and/or consulting on healthcare supply chain operations. You possess deep expertise in inventory management, logistics, and operational performance. Experience supporting perioperative and procedural environments is highly desirable.Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.Analytical Power: Demonstrated expertise in optimizing complex supply chain networks, material flow, and plant operations using data-driven methodologies to improve efficiency and resiliency.Leadership Polish: Proven ability to manage complex project scopes, navigate diverse healthcare stakeholder groups, and deliver polished, executive-ready outcomes.Work Environment & Physical Demands:Enjoy flexibility with our hybrid and remote office options.When visiting client sites, you will navigate a mix of controlled office spaces, active hospital/pharmacy environments, and warehouse operations.Site visits may include walking tours of patient care and support services, and projects may entail lifting materials up to 50 lbs.Travel Requirements: Client-dependent and typically ranges from 30–50%.
