Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, material variances, and production bottlenecks, to maintain smooth operations.Assess and set up production infrastructure and production process flow setup Manage production documentation management to include:WO BOM ValidationShop Floor Control System RoutingProduction Flow DiagramPack Out InstructionsAccountable for Change Order Management to include:Assess, document, and communicate all production floor and/or customer-driven changesCoordinate ECO/ECN/MCO phase-in/cut-in processControl ECN/ECO DocumentationControl Manufacturing Notice, Process Alert DocumentationCreate and update all applicable work instructionsResponsible for production training in the areas of MPI.Provide project detail status reports to internal core team managers and, when applicable, our customersCalculate Task time and workforce requirementsPerform continuous improvement using the Lean programPerform time/motion study and capacity analysis for manufacturing processes. Collaborate with production teams to address Process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with QE/TE/PM to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.Qualifications:BS Degree with 3 years of Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineering experienceIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processesUnderstanding of standard product development processesKnowledge of DFxUnderstanding of PFMEA, Six Sigma processes, is highly desirable · Proficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.)@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
