Manager, Data Analytics

Job Summary This role is an analytics lead who delivers data-driven insights and solutions. The focus is on analytics support for operational SMB business reviews, executing analytics projects effectively, and recommending actionable steps to drive portfolio-level decisions while aligning outputs with business priorities. Essential Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts. Oversee day-to-day delivery of analytics projects and reporting. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all team outputs. Collaborate with business units to prioritize analytics initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations to mid-level leadership. Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications Strong analytics background with experience in the FinTech and technology industries. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience supporting AI enablement and data-driven solutions. Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to business leadership. Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication, partnering effectively with both technical and business teams. Compensation Base pay will depend on location and experience. Pay range: San Jose, California $129,500 - $191,950 annually. Additional compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation.
