Job Title: Automotive Mechanic I - Dyno Driver PM Shift Location: Dearborn, MI Zip Code: 48120 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hr. Job Description: They will be traveling to Long Beach California for up to 3 months. MUST be able to read and utilize to schematics for electrical rework. Rework electrical harnesses Diagnose electrical problems. Travel and per diem will be included. Not looking for locals in that area ONLY travelers from Michigan at this time. Job Summary: The Automotive Mechanic I will modify cars and trucks in a prototype environment, performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. The Automotive Mechanic I will be mentored and supported by team members on project work and customer interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain vehicle functional condition by working off repair orders or leader instructions and conducting inspections.
• Repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replace parts and components.
• Read, interpret, and follow service procedures.
• Maintain vehicle records by entering notes, service, and repair orders.
• Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting

breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs. * Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up. Education and Experience (required):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of previous experience required.
• Mechanical ability and ability to operate shop equipment.
• MUST have rolling toolbox

Education and Experience (preferred):

• Certificate in Automotive Technology or related.
• National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification(s).
• State Mechanic Certification(s).
• Valid driver"s license.
