Million Dollar Baby Co. started in 1990 and is proudly family-owned and operated in Los Angeles. We've also pioneered Styrofoam-free packaging for several of our best-selling collections — an innovation that reduces waste while protecting our products during shipment.

What you bring to the table:

• A 4-year college graduate or experience in the field you are interested in pursuing
• You are a fast and passionate learner
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Encourage feedback in order to consistently improve
• A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on
• A "driver" personality - biased toward action, and a great collaborator- constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away

California pay range

$55,000—$72,000 USD
