Business Systems Analyst

who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery. In this role, you'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to uncover business needs, define solutions, and help bring innovative data, marketing technology, and AI-driven initiatives to life. This is not a role where you simply document requirements and move on. You'll be a trusted advisor, collaborator, and problem solver, helping clients navigate complex challenges while partnering with architects, engineers, and business leaders to drive meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do

Partner with Clients

Lead discovery workshops and requirements sessions that uncover business needs and drive decisions. Ask thoughtful questions, identify gaps, and help stakeholders clarify their goals. Translate business challenges into actionable requirements, use cases, and solution recommendations. Contribute to pre-sales conversations and solution design discussions. Connect Business and Technology

Turn complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. Create requirements documentation, process flows, user stories, and solution summaries. Help clients understand how data, technology, and AI can support their goals. Build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives. Drive Solution Delivery

Own workstreams and collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams. Manage priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and user acceptance activities. Identify risks early and help teams navigate challenges before they impact delivery. Embrace AI and Innovation

Use AI tools to improve requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency. Explore new technologies and recommend smarter ways of working. Stay current on trends across customer data, marketing technology, analytics, and AI platforms. What Makes You a Great Fit

You might be a strong fit if you: Have experience in business analysis, consulting, solutions delivery, product, or technology-focused roles. Enjoy working directly with clients and facilitating conversations that drive outcomes. Can comfortably communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Have experience with platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar technologies. Understand data flows, integrations, customer data, and marketing technology ecosystems. Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $120,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
