Teen Center StaffWe are looking for energetic, responsible, and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with teens! This role is perfect for someone who wants to support teens in a variety of programs, help them grow, and create a positive, safe, and fun environment.Staff will work with teens (ages 13–18) in a range of activities including recreational programs, arts, STEM, leadership, and service opportunities. The position is ideal for those who enjoy mentoring, building relationships, and creating engaging experiences for older youth.This is a great opportunity for individuals over 21 who want to make a difference in teens' lives while gaining experience in youth development.Dates: School Year - August - MaySummer Club May - AugustPRIMARY FUNCTION:The Teen Center Staff plans, implements, and supervises activities for teens, supporting their personal growth, leadership skills, and positive decision-making.
