As a customer service representative, you will be the tip of the spear in delivering a stellar customer experience. You would confidently explain and guide the customer through our service process and help build trust and rapport.

The duties of this position include:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails regarding customer service inquiries.
• Take any incoming billing question and accurately input payment methods.
• Responding to customer complaints with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Handling customer request and inquiries in a friendly and positive manner.
• Accurately entering data and records with each inquiry.
• Scheduling and routing service appointments in an efficient manner.
• Taking detailed notes and applying them to our PestPac software after each customer interaction.
• Take any other incoming call regarding our services.
• Assisting the Administrative Coordinator with miscellaneous duties on an as needed basis.

• Must have strong typing skills with high level of accuracy
• A minimum of at least 1 year of previous customer service or administrative experience.

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
