Stratus Software Engineer

Job Description / Responsibilities As a Stratus Software Engineer, the selected candidate will develop, test, and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications that meet business needs. They will provide high-quality technology solutions by developing break-fix solutions and enhancements within new and mature technology environments. Required Skills More than 8 years of experience in relevant technical skillsets. Excellent product knowledge of Banking & Financial Domain. Strong knowledge of Stratus platform for 5 years. Strong technical skills in Stratus, VOS. Expert proficiency in C++ programming language. Expertise in Linux/Unix internals, multi-threading, sockets, IPCs. Knowledge of Design Patterns. Knowledge of Stratus Platform. Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL. Knowledge in payment domain is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the right attitude to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams. Preferred Skills Excellent domain knowledge of Banking and Financial Services. Ability to present and discuss technical information effectively to establish rapport and gain understanding. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel. Ability to exercise independent judgment and apply creative problem-solving techniques in complex environments using technology. Top Mandatory Skills Expert proficiency in C++ programming. Strong experience with Stratus and VOS platforms. Very strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.
