Customer Success Advocate

To support client success, the full-time remote Customer Success Advocate will manage relationships with strategic clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the Planful platform while driving onboarding and account renewals. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic clients to establish value-driven partnerships Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success and satisfaction Define and implement scalable processes to enhance client engagement and outcomes Required qualifications 3+ years in a client-facing Customer Success Manager role, preferably in Financial Software Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Tools Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus Experience in a SaaS environment with an understanding of finance and financial planning processes Strong project and time management skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders on business process and technical challenges
