Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver in the St. Louis area. The position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, based on experience, with shifts varying and a full-time schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining and assisting with residents' medication needs, transcribing and documenting in the MAR, aiding residents with daily living activities, transporting residents, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
