The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Ensure compliance to SPX Physical Security PoliciesCollect, analyze, and preserve evidence in support of corporate investigations and claw back proceduresVisits Hubs to identify irregularities that may lead to fraud, theft and other Securityconcerns that may result in loss of company’s assets.Interact with the Hub community regarding sensitive issues in a professional manner.Summarize and document the investigative steps and evidence that support the decision reached in the investigation.Independently investigate and resolve cases that require in depth analysis and work within a team unit to optimize success.Effectively review and investigate events to identify, correct and prevent fraudulent behaviors.Gather evidence and make informed decisions and conclusions by applying deductive reasoning and analysis that leads to case resolution.Analyze relevant data of company information systems relevant to investigations to identify irregularities.Effectively communicate with different departments of the company in eliciting needed evidence.May perform other Corporate Investigations related tasks depending on the needs of the company, which include internal theft and fraud, external theft and mitigating brand riskRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferred / Security CertificationsAt least 2 years relevant to corporate security management, investigation, litigation, intelligence and data analytics.Investigation and project management skillsMobilityExcellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and writtenAble to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective mannerAble to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised via emails and make necessary recommendationsPossess self-management skillsAble to efficiently organize own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitmentGood team player, positive attitude and eager to learnDriven and motivated #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
