Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Recreation, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of administrative, customer service, or program coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare, senior services, community center, or recreational setting.

Experience working with older adults or diverse populations is preferred.

Previous experience supporting events, activities, or community engagement programs is a plus.
