Director of Marketing - Fast-Growing Restaurant Brand
Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in-office/week) | San Diego County Preferred
Salary: $175k - $200k + Bonus
We're not looking for someone to manage a marketing department. We're looking for someone to build a movement.
Nurses. Construction crews. Pilates regulars. Parents grabbing lunch between school runs. On the surface, they might not have much in common - except they're all done settling for food that doesn't love them back.
That's the brand we've built. Our purpose is to inspire good food and lifestyle choices, and we need someone to make it impossible to ignore.
Our restaurant concept is growing fast, and we need a Director of Marketing who can turn "better-for-you" into "can't-live-without." Someone who's genuinely plugged into culture, spots the next trend before it's trending, knows what makes a brand impossible to scroll past, and thinks in terms of relevance, not just reach.
Most brands talk about connection. Fewer build the machine that fuels it - in feeds, in neighborhoods, and in the daily routines of guests who care about eating well and living well. That's the roadmap you'll own, reporting directly to our CMO.
