Retail Sales Associate

Overview Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Century City MALL in Los Angeles, CA. Provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. The role is part‑time. Responsibilities Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times. Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations. Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager. Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs. Engage customers and create memorable interactions. Qualifications Communicate effectively with team members and guests. Process information/merchandise through the register system. Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands. Freely access all areas of the store including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area. Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Availability: up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, and spanning at least three days. Scheduling for the full 25 hours is not required.
