Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician performs a variety of basic technical duties under general supervision. Locates and diagnoses failures and does basic troubleshooting of equipment. Also performs repair, replacement, adjustment, and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and office facilities/building & grounds as required.Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesSafety - lockout/tag out, PPE, sling and riggingMIG WeldingMeasuring Equipment - tapes, scales, micrometers, calipers, etc.Electrical Maintenance - tracing circuits, wiring diagrams, pulling wire, transducers, single phase 120v and three phase 480vMechanics - equipment installation, calibration, pumps, bushings, bearings, shafts, seals, alignment, various pipe fittingsAbility to understand and communicate with and through drawingsExperience with various hand tools including but not limited to saws, drills and reamersAbility to troubleshoot and use logic and reasoning to define root causes and solve problemsAbility to climb a ladder as far as a building's second story, frequently lift up to 50lbs., stand, bend and kneel for extended periods of timeAbility to communicate verbally and to write in English in order to convey information accuratelyAbility to drive a forklift and maintain a valid certificationOther Functions and ResponsibilitiesSpeak to others to convey information effectively (via verbal or email communication).Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems.Use problem-solving and root-cause analysis.Maintain facility and make repairs as neededOther duties as assignedMaintenance Technician RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentThree years of experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environmentA valid driver license with a clean driving recordAbility to be on-call and work overtime as neededExcellent "can-do" attitude with ability to work well with a team or independently with various degrees of supervisionElectrical PLC/control panel experience preferredExperience with maintaining liquid injection molding machines preferred for the Owasso facility
