Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim NHA Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. Interim NHA Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

• Serve as the administrative leader for the nursing home facility, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement

• Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures

• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and support staff

• Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community, promoting a positive and respectful environment

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve operations and outcomes

Interim NHA Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:

• Current NHA certification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing home administration role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in healthcare operations, finance, and regulatory compliance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
