ABOUT BORDER CAFE
Border Cafe has served the Northeast for 35 years and today includes five locations. We run a high-volume, high-energy casual dining environment where the bar is a centerpiece of the guest experience. Our bar team keeps guests happy and coming back, and we are looking for bartenders who take pride in doing exactly that.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute drink orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service
- Greet guests with a smile and make every interaction feel genuine and welcoming
- Build rapport with guests, so they leave wanting to come back
- Juggle multiple orders, tickets, and guest needs without losing composure
- Keep a clean, organized bar that meets our standards throughout your shift
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- A naturally friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people
- Strong multi-tasking skills. You stay calm and organized when it gets busy
- Flexible availability
- Reliable, professional, and a team player
