Industrial Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with strong PLC programming skills to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on professional with experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming industrial electrical and automated systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment, including motors, drives, controls, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
Diagnose electrical and control system issues using schematics, ladder logic, blueprints, and diagnostic tools.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment performance and implement automation projects.
Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and production equipment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all workplace safety standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field is preferred.
4–7+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent industrial electrical experience.
Strong PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal , or similar platforms.
Experience with HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial communication networks.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for electrical and control systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
