Provide strategic leadership for pharmacy operations as an Interim Director of Pharmacy, ensuring seamless continuity during a temporary leadership absence. This contract role is based in Amboy, IL, and involves managing a diverse team and collaborating with senior hospital leadership.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, overseeing 24 direct reports.• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining high medication safety.• Manage staffing, workflow optimization, and operational processes.• Collaborate closely with hospital executives, including the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, to align pharmacy initiatives with overall patient care goals.

Qualifications:• Active Illinois Pharmacist license is mandatory.• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy leadership roles.• Demonstrated ability to manage operational, regulatory, and team leadership challenges effectively.
